Introduction to EFT

What is EFT? How do you use it? What are the benefits? In this fun and fast paced presentation you will learn the history of EFT, actually experience how it can bring relief to emotional and physical issues, and explore the wide variety of ways it can be of use. Kay is an experienced EFT Practitioner, with exciting stories to tell from her own personal experience and her work with clients. She encourages you to learn EFT and then discover through experimentation what it can do for you.



Level 1 - The Foundations of How To Do EFT
With a Focus on Abundance: Health, Wealth and Relationships

9:00 am - 5:00 pm


In this workshop you will experience EFT and how it can help you directly address your emotional and physical issues. Principles and techniques of EFT will be taught (aspects, apex effect, movie technique, tearless trauma technique, surrogate tapping, etc.) so that you can use it for many situations including helping others (friends, family, clients). You will hear many examples of how EFT can be used to solve a variety of problems and have ample time to tap for a variety of your own issues as well as "borrow benefits". You will also be able to ask questions about improving your tapping practice and we will discuss the spiritual implications of using EFT. This full day workshop is experiential and is designed to take you into new places with your exploration of EFT.


Advanced Workshop
Refining Your Use of EFT for Yourself and Others

Noon - 5:00 pm

This advanced EFT workshop is for those who have taken the Basic Workshop. The focus will be on refining your skills and technique and using EFT with others. This workshop will involve a lot of tapping, so be prepared for a highly experiential event. There will be plenty of time for questions, reflection and sharing.
