Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a group of simple but
powerful procedures, developed by EFT founder Gary Craig,
that bring relief from undesirable emotions and the related
problems they cause such as anxiety, pain, and stress.
Because emotional stress is the cause of so many physical
problems it is not unusual for EFT to have a significant
positive impact on physical problems as well. The results

addresses the energy system of the human body. Based on
tapping acupressure meridian points with the fingers, EFT
is a "universal healing aid" which not only solves problems
