EFT for Performance Improvement

EFT
is an incredible tool for improving performance in
business, sports, music, writing, and just about
anything else you can name. Here are a couple of
examples in the areas of professional speaking and
team roping competitions.
Not
long ago I gave two keynote speeches, one week apart.
For the first one I did a lot of "future tapping",
using EFT in advance for anything about the upcoming
event that seemed even slightly stressful. When I
arrived at my hotel the evening before the day of my
keynote I noticed how calm I was. In the restaurant I
had to wait a very long time for my food as the
service was very slow and they brought the incorrect
meal the first time. I was nonplussed. Then I went
upstairs to my room. Usually I feel some stress the
night before a speech and feel like I need to review
my notes and practice a little more, but I felt like
going for a swim instead, so I did. I felt no need to
keep preparing. I kept pinching myself and wondering
if I was in some kind of denial, I felt so at peace.
Went to bed early and had a great night's sleep.
The following day I went into the ballroom to give my speech to several hundred people, and it was amazing. I was totally in the flow. Each word poured out of my mouth effortlessly. I saw that the audience was transfixed, and realized that "I" wasn't doing it. Somehow I had managed to be in some kind of perfect rhythm with the universe and I knew this was one of the best speeches I had ever given.
After the speech I had many people come up to me and tell me this was absolutely one of the best speeches they had ever heard in their entire lives. The association executive who hired me told me that I would always be at the top of their list whenever anyone asked them for names of good speakers and offered me additional speaking engagements. It was great!
The following week I gave the same presentation to a different audience. I have a way of preparing and getting to know the audience that the meeting planner didn't allow me to accomplish prior to the presentation and I was stressed out about it. I forgot all about tapping. I got in front of that audience with that anxiety and guess what? It was okay, not great. The audience could tell that I was uncomfortable, and it made them uncomfortable, too.
Today I spoke with a client who participates in team roping competitions. This is a rodeo event in which two partners on horses rope a running steer. The last time she competed she did poorly. I taught her how to do future tapping, and she went to work, using EFT to prepare for a major upcoming competition where some of the most important pros would be observing her performance. She was called to compete four times and did extremely well in every case. She said that when her name was called each time she was relaxed and not stressed, and went out and performed at her true level of ability. Needless to say, she was thrilled!
EFT is great for any type of performance so just give it a try and let me know the results you produce. Remember to be thorough and go after all those aspects!
